Welcome to BoxDrop Direct! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website [boxdropdirect.com] (the “Site”) and any purchases made through it. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Online Store Overview
BoxDrop Direct offers a curated selection of small home products available for purchase online, such as lamps, rugs, and accessories. Larger furniture and mattress items are available only at local BoxDrop Clearance Centers and are not currently sold online. Availability and pricing may vary by location.
2. Product Availability & Local Stores
BoxDrop Direct works with a network of independently operated BoxDrop locations.

Products and pricing displayed online may not reflect what is available in your local store.

For mattress or furniture purchases, use the “Find a Location” tool to connect with your nearest Clearance Center.

Each location may maintain its own pricing, policies, and availability.
3. Payments & Billing

You may also choose Shop Pay Installments (powered by Affirm) to split eligible purchases into 4 interest-free payments. Eligibility for installment plans is determined by Shop Pay/Affirm at checkout.
4. Accounts & Guest Checkout
Customers can check out as guests or use Shop Pay for faster checkout and order tracking.
Shop Pay stores shipping and payment information securely to streamline future purchases. BoxDrop Direct does not store customer payment information or account details beyond order history.
5. Returns and Refunds

Online returns are accepted within 72 hours of delivery, with conditions.

In-store purchases follow the return policies of each individual BoxDrop location.

Items purchased via SNAP Finance are not eligible for return or refund.
6. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it falls under our return policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (logos, product images, design, text) is the property of BoxDrop Direct or its partners and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
BoxDrop Direct shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products purchased through it. Products are provided “as is” without warranties except those explicitly stated.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
