What is your return policy?    
Returns must be requested within 72 hours of delivery. Please visit our Return Policy page for full details.

How do I return or exchange?    
Use the 'Chat with Us' button on the bottom right of the site and select 'Need to Return an Item?' to start the process.

How much is shipping?    
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by item and location.

What states do you currently ship to?    
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?    At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

Where’s my stuff?    
You can track your order using the 'Chat with Us' tool and selecting 'Track and manage my orders.'

How long does it take to receive my refund?    
Refunds are issued within 10 business days after the returned item is picked up by FedEx.

What is the return address?    
Return pickup is scheduled through FedEx and does not require you to ship the item yourself. We’ll handle it.

Do you offer financing?    
Yes! We offer financing through Shop Pay Installments, which allows you to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments. It's available at checkout and does not affect your credit score.

How do I enter a discount code?    
You can enter a discount code at checkout before completing your purchase.
Every item I choose says it's unavailable.    
This may be because you're shipping to a state we don’t currently support. Please check your shipping address.

Can I buy a mattress or sofa directly from your website?
Mattresses and sofas are available for in-store purchase only. 
Use 'Find a Location' to visit your nearest BoxDrop Clearance Center.

What items can I buy online right now?    
You can shop smaller home items like lamps, rugs, and accent pieces directly from our site.

Why can’t I buy everything online?    
To keep costs low and provide better service, larger items are sold in-store at local BoxDrop Clearance Centers.

How do I find my closest BoxDrop location?    
Click 'Find a Location' in the main menu to view and contact your nearest store.

How long do I have to return this in order to get a full refund?    
Returns must be initiated within 72 hours of delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?    
Credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and Shop Pay Installments.

Can I split my payment into installments?    
Yes! Through Shop Pay Installments, you can split your total into four interest-free payments.

Where can I find my order confirmation or tracking number?    
You'll receive confirmation and tracking info via email.
You can also click 'Chat with Us' and choose 'Track and manage my orders'.

Can I cancel or change my order after it’s been placed?
We are only able to cancel or modify orders if they have not yet shipped. 
Please use the "Chat with Us" tool as soon as possible.

What if I received the wrong item or something is missing?    
Use the "Chat with Us" feature and select "Need to Return an Item?" so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Is it safe to enter my payment information on your site?    
Yes, our site uses secure, encrypted checkout powered by Shopify, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Do you charge sales tax?    
Sales tax is calculated automatically based on your shipping address at checkout.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?    
No, you can check out as a guest or use Shop Pay for a faster experience.

Can I talk to someone directly if I have an issue?

How long will it take to receive my order? 
Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. 
You’ll receive a shipping update from our team once your order is on the way.

What shipping carriers do you use?    
We ship with FedEx and UPS, and our system automatically selects the fastest option based on your location.

How can I track my order?

My package is damaged or didn’t arrive — what do I do?
