Return Policy

At BoxDrop Direct, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines. 

This policy applies only to online purchases. In-store purchases follow the policies of individual store locations. 

1. Return Eligibility & Conditions 

  • Claim Window: Customers must file a return claim within 72 hours of item delivery. 

  • Item Condition: Items must be: 

    • Unused and in original condition 

    • In the original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories 

2. Types of Returns 

  •  Free Returns – No Cost to Customer 

    • Returns are free of charge in cases of: 

      • Damaged or Defective Product 

      • Missing Parts 

      • Wrong Item Sent / Not as Described 

Return Process: 

  1. Customers must submit photo evidence and comments detailing the issue. 

  1. Once approved, a FedEx pickup will be scheduled. 

  1. The customer only needs to package the item—FedEx will print and attach the return label at pickup. 

  1. A full refund will be issued within 10 business days after FedEx receives the item. 

 

  • Returns with a 20% Restocking Fee 

    • A 20% restocking fee applies for: 

      • Change of Mind 

      • Bought Wrong Item 

      • Not What Expected 

Return Process: 

  1. Customers must confirm that the return is due to their own actions. 

  1. No review is required—once FedEx picks up the item, a partial refund (minus 20% fee) will be issued within 10 business days. 

  1. The customer only needs to package the item—FedEx will print and attach the return label at pickup. 

 

3. Return Shipping & Processing 

  • Customers do not need to ship items themselves. 

  • FedEx will pick up the package from the customer's location and attach the return label. 

  • Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of FedEx receiving the item. 

 

4. Refunds 

  • Refunds are processed in the original payment method. 

  • SNAP Finance Purchases: No refunds are available for items purchased via SNAP Finance. 

 

5. Exchanges 

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
