When I needed to purchase a new mattress pretty quickly, the owner was great about meeting me at the store right away. He helped me pick what would work best for me, due to having a bad back, which I appreciated very much. I love my new bed, haven't had any problems with it whatsoever, and I appreciated how the owner was very knowledgeable and kind and curious.
