The customer service here is impeccable. My family and I walked in a few minutes before closing and Chantry and Justin helped us find our new couch and answered all of the questions we had. They told us they’ve only been open for a few months and I must say if they continue with their excellent customer service and affordable quality furniture their business will continue to flourish!!!

My partner and I visited BoxDrop Raleigh to look for a new mattress, and from the very beginning, Chantry was incredibly helpful. I’m the kind of shopper who likes to browse, assess, and then circle back with questions — and she was absolutely perfect for that. I really appreciated her patience as I worked through my financing options. Not only did we find a fantastic mattress, but we also ended up picking up a new loveseat! The team was great about communicating any potential delays, and when a small issue came up, they resolved it quickly and beyond our expectations. Justin, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. I called to see if they had twin box springs in stock. Not only did they have them in stock, but Justin took the time to go measure one to ensure it would fit our old handmade frame. He called me back to confirm it would. When I left to go pick them up, I realized I would be arriving a couple minutes after close. Not only did Justin and his wife stay open past close, he came out in the rain and helped me load the box springs in my truck. Impeccable service. I look forward to buying more furniture here in the future.
